Pil-oga-robics for Pennies

AUGUST 14, 2010

Pil-oga-robic is a revolutionary one-hour workout combining pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training into interval circuits.

Circuit training is the fastest way to get in shape and to lose weight and it's fun!  Classes take place in Wallace Park in NW Portland and at Friendly House.

Classes are small and with two instructors you will get a lot of one-on-one attention.   Our clients are women and men, exercise novices, new parents, baby boomers moving into their golden years, young whipper snappers, athletes looking for cross-training and folks with some pretty serious injuries.  Every one of our clients has a one-on-one session with us and we devise a plan together for achieving their goals.  We continue to check-in and adjust our plans as the months progress.  We care deeply for our clients and design each class around what they need, even if that means several people are doing somewhat different things in the same class.  It is our deepest wish to create a community where our clients get the support they need to exceed their expectations.

Led by: Ishbel Miller & Hannah Moore of www.pilogarobic.com.
